Infrastructure technology, built for the long term.

True Sky Holdings is an emerging Australian infrastructure technology company combining drone inspection operations, robotics engineering, inspection software, and AI-assisted data intelligence.

Power lines at sunset

Mission

To give infrastructure owners better visibility of their asset condition through safer, faster, and more structured inspection operations — and the digital tools to act on that intelligence.

Vision

A future where every critical infrastructure asset is continuously monitored, defects are detected early, and maintenance decisions are made from structured, AI-assisted, human-reviewed data.

Values

Safety first, always. Responsible AI — humans in the loop. Data integrity over convenience. Structured operations over improvisation. Long-term trust over short-term revenue.

Starting with operations. Building toward a platform.

True Sky Holdings was incorporated in 2026 with a clear thesis: the infrastructure inspection industry was ready for a technology-led transformation, but it had to begin with operational credibility — not just software.

The group is currently in its foundation phase — establishing its safety management system, CASA compliance frameworks, and inspection capability ahead of commercial operations commencing in late 2027. The platform, software, and AI programmes are in active design.

The roadmap extends from first commercial inspection operations through a dedicated SaaS platform, AI-assisted analytics, and purpose-built robotics hardware. Each layer is designed to reinforce the others — creating a vertically integrated infrastructure intelligence business.

We are building this deliberately, with a safety-first culture and governance structures designed to earn the trust of critical infrastructure operators over the long term.

Safety and governance

Aviation safety, AI governance, and data security are structural commitments — not policies.

CASA-compliant operations

All flight operations conducted under CASA regulatory framework with certified remote pilots and a documented Safety Management System.

Human-in-the-loop AI

Every AI-assisted finding is reviewed and confirmed by qualified human personnel before entering any client deliverable.

Australian data sovereignty

All inspection data stored in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Encrypted at rest and in transit. Australian Privacy Act compliant.

Immutable audit trail

Tamper-evident system audit logs record every user action, data change, and AI review decision.

Risk-managed operations

Documented site risk assessments, hazard registers, and crew resource management frameworks govern every field operation.

Compliance-aware workflows

Inspection workflows designed to align with AS/NZS standards, CASA regulations, and asset owner compliance requirements.

Corporate structure

True Sky Holdings operates through four distinct corporate entities, each covering a specific layer of the infrastructure intelligence stack. The group operates as a unified capability provider — clients engage with True Sky Holdings, not individual subsidiaries.
